While we offer Trading Services to keep fulfill the needs of our customers, our core function is consulting and Training in Information and Records Management. We offer a professional Information and Records Management Consulting Services ranging from File Plan formulation, Policy, Procedure and processes, Strategy, Retention Schedule, Disaster Recovery Plan etc Our Consulting services is informed by National Archives and Records Service of South Africa Act, ISO 15486, ICA standards etc

Apart from consulting services, we trade with Archival, Library and Office stationery and equipments such as:

  • Movable shelving for space saving at the Archives/ Central Registry
  • Library furniture (shelves, Book trolley etc)
  • Filing Boxes
  • Catridges etc

In general, our office supply is informed by our customer needs.



Recently, Khunkhwane performed professional consulting services for one of the biggest and complicated Government department in South African i.e. National Department of Education (DoE). Amongst others, Khunkhwane was contracted to formulate Departmental File Plan, Conduct training and implement File Plan, converting manual file plan into electronic system. Apart from departmental File Plan, Khunkhwane was also later contracted to develop a File Plan for Ministry of Education.

Apart from consulting services currently in process, Khunkhwane held a successful Archives and Records Management (ARM) Conference held in Mpumalanga from 8-10 October 2008. We are currently busy organing 2009 ARM conference to be held in Sun City around September 2009. Apart from conferences, we are also offering Records Management Workshops on monthly basis.

With regard to Trading, Khunkhwane is supplying South African National Parks and other Institutions with variety of Office Stationery.
